I. Device Installation:
The supplier's engineers provide overseas commissioning, installation and training services free of charge to ensure that the machine is operating normally.
II. After-sales maintenance:
If the machine has quality or system software problems within 12 months after the test is accepted, we will replace or repair it free of charge. After the warranty period, materials, maintenance fees, travel expenses for personnel, and lifetime technical services will be provided.
III. After-sales training:
Our company provides free on-site technical training (trainees: 3-5; time: 2-3 days; location: customer site; training content: equipment operation, maintenance and repair and other related knowledge matters).
